You can change your password in one of two places. When you go to Login in the app, there is a forgot password button. Just enter your email address into the email field and select "Forgot Password".
If you are already logged in, go to the Accounts Tab -> Reset Password.
Both ways will send you an email with a link allowing you to reset your password.
